Whats on the CD?

The purpose of this CD is to teach how to achieve complicated looking effects using fast and easy to use techniques.These are methods Ive used in production because they take no time to calculate and render quickly. Many of the effects can be viewed in real time as you scrub thru the timeline in layout. All of the effects and techniques are things you will generally not find in most books or tutorials anywhere. No external plugins were used to achieve any of the effects though on my forums most people would say that most of these effects cannot be achieved in Lightwave without the use of 3rd party plugins. None of the effects use any particle effects or volumetrics of any kind though you would swear that they do.The technqiues shown in this video are a continuation of the principles taught in my Getting Started with Displacements and Endomorphs CD but are even more advanced. I also cover how to combine displacements and endomorphs  with simple proxy objects to drive more complex geometry but without the use of dynamics . I think youll enjoy the material and get a lot of the video.

WELDING - This is another effect that most would try to achieve using particles and hypervoxels, This takes no time to calculate and renders quickly.

POURING - Both the pouring and filling effect are achieved with a single object and single endomorph.

SHIP - One of the most difficult things is to get a rigid object like a ship react properly to waves on a body of water.
